Left: Banded Mallard Hen taken near Avinger Texas on 1/14/2006. The USGS sent a certificate that says it was banded on 9/22/2003 in Kramer ND.
 
Right: Deer was also taken on the same property on 11/12/03. That has been my best buck to date.

I decided to go out and check my trail cam this morning. I got out there about 10am hoping that anything in the area would have already moved on out. I get out of my jeep load up my shotgun with 3 shots and head off to check my camera. I slip in there swap out my cards and get it set back up. As I turn to walk away and slip on out I hear something behind me. As I turn around much to my surprise I see 8 hogs coming in to my mineral lick. They where all on the small side but none the less they are only about 20 ft away. I throw up my shotgun and shoot 3 times and kill 3 hogs. I cant believe it.
