Photos from 2007 Springlake Fishing Derby. Derby is joint effort of Challenged Outdoorsmen of America and City of Texarkana. Trout were donated by Texas Parks and Wildlife and Arkansas FIsh and Game Commission. The mostly youth fishermen caught 1600 trout , played games and ate!!!!
